To prepare her spirit for the coming of Jesus, Mother Mary contemplated our connection to one another and how we can add strength and vitality to the human race and the planet when we take action for the good of all. As Elizabeth’s baby jumped in the womb at the presence of Jesus within Mary, we are all impacted not only by each other’s actions but also by the mere presence we offer the world. We have a choice in everything we do to offer a life giving energy to the world such as joy, love, peace and happiness which brings vigor and stamina or we can offer a life draining energy such as guilt, fear, shame, anger and apathy which brings disease that can lead to death.
